As of Today 29th June 2021, any deliveries being sent to Europe and Ireland will have to pay VAT at your own countries rate, and a customs handling fee upon Delivery.
Unfortunately this is the new rules from Europe, and out of our control. We will do our best to get this changed as quickly as possible, and hopefully you will be able to pay VAT at our checkout in future.

All orders placed after 5pm on a Saturday will be processed on Monday.
Any orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will be processed on the next working day.
If your parcel has not arrived in the timescale please allow 2 more days before contacting us, as delivery companies are out of our control. If after 2 days it still has not arrived we will do our best to track down your parcel.
