Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not and you wish to return it, please send us an email informing us of your reason for return then send it back to us to the returns address below.
Please enclose the original Invoice when returning your item.
Our returns policy is as follows:-
You have 14 days to return your item for a full refund from the day you receive it. After day 14 we will be unable to offer you a refund.
The cost of returning your item is payable by you (the customer) and is non-refundable.
We recommend that you return your item using a method that can be tracked with a tracking number as we can not be held responsible for returns that get lost in the post. Postage receipts should always be kept until we have received and processed your return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all the labels and tags attached. Any item not in it's original condition, damaged or not returned within 14 days can not be refunded.
Any refund due will be credited to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within the timescale stated above, please contact your bank/credit card company as we are unable to determine how long it will take for them to process your refund. If after contacting your bank/credit card company you still have not received your refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sales items can not be refunded.
